By accessing or using any service from Komet Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Komet Studios provides creative, branding, and web development services. This includes but is not limited to logo design, brand identity systems, website design and development, AI-powered content systems, and digital education resources.

All services are offered under a project-based or retainer agreement depending on the scope. Any custom agreements made in writing override these general terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use our services.

3. Payments

All services must be paid in full before final delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via Stripe or other approved methods.

Payment terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins
• Milestone payments are required for larger projects
• Final deliverables are released after full payment is received

Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will result in termination of service and legal recourse if needed.
